Refund Policy

All sales treatment packages are final and subject to a non-refundable policy. Regardless, of whether the package has been started or not, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds will only be approved at the discretion of the clinic if one or both of these conditions are present:

1. The clinic fails to be able to provide the treatment to the client and it does not conflict with any other agreement policies.

2. If the client cannot continue treatments due to medical reasons, provided that there is valid documentations and proof.
